Berkshire Contingent Selection W'end for Thailand Jamboree 2002/3.
31st March - 1st April 2001.

My base on Saturday... ...Emily's base... ...Tea on Saturday afternoon... ...my base on Sunday.

This weekend was held at Chalfont Heights with the purpose of selecting the Scouts and Leaders that would comprise the Berkshire Contingent travelling to the 20th World Scout Jamboree. Only the Contingent Leader, Sue Clarkson, had already been chosen.

Friday
Emily and I were among the first to arrive on Friday evening and organised the sleeping arrangements.

Saturday

Dinner was turned into an activity with everybody mucking-in to make a huge spread of Thai food.

Sunday
Announced to Scouts which ones had been chosen to attend the Thailand Jamboree and which ones therefore had the opportunity to attend the Join-In Jamboree.
